A2103

Immunoblotting
Rat skeletal muscle and HeLa total cell extract were separated on SDS-PAGE and probed with monoclonal AIA to Actin N-Terminal (RB) (Cat. No. A2103). The antibody was developed with HRP APA Rabbit conjugate (Cat. No. A0545) and ECL substrate.
Antibody concentration of Rat skeletal muscle 2.0 ng/mL.
Antibody concentration of HeLa total cell extract 0.5 μg/mL.
